Aqueous dispersions of siloxane-urethane copolymers (polysiloxaneurethanes) containing 0–49% of siloxane moieties were synthesized by the modified prepolymer-ionomer method. The properties of the dispersions were determined. Dense membranes were prepared from those dispersions by crosslinking with a
